Recruitment Management & Reporting
Parkside manages all recruitment activity through the group's core recruitment application, Talisman. On top of the existing suite of financial and operational statistical reports, the Group also has a Business Systems Team with full access and tools to query the database directly and provide customised reporting capability where required.
Reports (e.g. applications per vacancy, interview to placement ratios, time to hire etc) can be provided at regular specified intervals if required. Further, our Group Business Systems Team can also meet with you to analyse, define and specify any reporting requirements particular to your business.
