33154 - 1st Line Help desk Operative

My client is looking for an experienced Help desk Operative who has experience of managing first line queries. The successful candidate will have the ability to close calls efficiently having resolved the issues first time. You will ideally come from a financial services background.

Location: Staines
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-16:30
Salary: £23,500 + bonus

Key duties:

  • Provide first line telephone and email support
  • To understand customers needs to allow for optimum call closure, particularly first time fix
  • Provide technical support to customers, providing an outstanding level of service
  • Provide outstanding Customer Service at all times

Key requirements:

  • Experience of working on a busy help desk - 1st line
  • Ability to provide technical support
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Must be self-motivated


  • Ideally from a financial background
