Working alongside other members of the IT team, the candidate will provide 1st line IT Support to all our internal staff, with telephone based or face-to-face support, depending on the circumstances. In addition to dealing with the day-to-day Support tickets, specific projects and tasks will be defined and allocated by the Group IT Manager.

Majority of the role will include basic user administration on a network level, creating and removing users from the business. Configuring user's desktop computers and setting up access to their internal tools.

Removing and adding users to company jobs board and creating their mini microsite via the website GUI. Updating and fixing any user logon scripts, modify users signatures and maintaining email mailboxes.

You may be required to attend different business sites when required.


12 months experience of working a similar role. - In depth understanding of Microsoft Office (2010 onwards) - In depth understanding of Windows 7 , Windows 10 - In depth understanding configuring PC hardware and peripherals - Knowledge of IBM Dominos/Lotus Notes desirable - Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange & Outlook 2010 Onwards - Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 server desirable - Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory desirable - Experience in supporting users on Office 365 - Exposure to updating Websites and HTML - Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. - Flexible and adaptable where required. - European Language desirable. - A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Hours 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday Based, Baker Street.
