Are you an experienced Account Manager/Account Executive or do you have strong Customer Service experience within managing a portfolio of accounts or clients? I am recruiting for a large, reputable client based in Marlow for an Account Manager to manage one of their largest clients, this would be a fantastic challenge for someone looking for their next step.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • To provide professional and effective services to internal / external customers, to meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timeliness in line with department standards, procedure and processes.
  • Be involved with complaints / invoice queries, monitor response time, and follow escalation process.
  • Answer and deal with phone calls and emails from all accounts ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Reporting on SLA to customers by providing operational, KPI and service analysis reports to agreed timescales.
  • Create pro-active ad-hoc reports about any identified major service issue
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Sales, Operations and Finance departments to ensure all co-operate effectively and efficiently to service accounts.
  • Support the generation and implementation of new business accounts.
  • Ensure follow-up of any outstanding actions.
  • Attend Customer visits as and when required
  • All issues, requests and any other actions resulting from customer contact must be relayed to the appropriate department within agreed timescales and resolution of the actions followed-up.
  • Respond promptly and within timescales to all complaints to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained. Ensuring written correspondence is clear, concise and accurate. Treating ALL customers with respect, showing empathy and understanding.

You will need high levels of attention to detail, be motivated to develop and progress with a company, be confident, personable and articulate. This role is Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week on a weekly rota'd shift pattern with the earliest start time of 8:30am and the latest finish time of 6:30pm.
