My client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly, small team in Slough.

Duties will include:

  • Data Entry- Entering Invoices
  • Matching remittances against applications and entering them
  • Enter bank receipts/payments
  • Credit card and petty cash expense reconciliations
  • Assisting the accountant with monthly reports
  • Answering the phone and dealing with any queries or passing them to relevant personnel for action
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with general administration

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with SAGE
  • Training towards AAT
