My Client are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This role does not require someone with previous experience in Accounts.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Checking supplier statements
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to queries
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Processing post
  • Chasing payments
  • Email remittance advices
  • Checking and posting invoices
  • Scanning and filing of invoices

The ideal candidate will possess the below skills & experience:

  • 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) A*-C including Maths and English.
  • Friendly and able to work well within a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Polite and helpful
