My client are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This role does not require someone with previous experience. It would suit someone who is looking to start a career in Accountancy.

You will be joining a very fun and social working environment.


20 days holiday


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Requesting sales info from stores

  • Scanning invoices

  • Processing the invoices

  • Handling incoming calls

  • Filing invoices

  • Checking statements

  • Opening post

  • Franking post to go out

The ideal candidate will possess the below skills & experience:

  • 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) A*-C including Maths and English.
  • Friendly and able to work well within a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Polite and helpful
