A fantastic new opportunity working for a well known brand at their Head Office in Gerrards Cross. My client are expanding their administration team and looking for a can-do person to join their fun team!

My Client is a successful FMCG organisation who are one of the leading brands within their market. They have a great office environment with outstanding employee retention!


  • Providing Administration duties supporting both customers and internal teams
  • Order management and progression
  • Liaison with Engineering department to ensure procedures are being processed efficiently
  • Liaison between internal teams and client to resolve any queries that may arise
  • Issuing instructions to Invoicing Department

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and experience of workload prioritisation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of people
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of another language to A level proficiency or above would be an advantage.
