My well known client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for an Administrator to come on board a fun and friendly team to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. The Administrative Assistant will also support the internal teams and provide an optimum level of direct administration across a variety of activities in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet & Greet ensuring a great first impression to visitors coming in to the office
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
  • Answering incoming calls professionally ensuring customer care at all times
  • Printing, scanning and filing
  • Organising internal meetings and lunches
  • Updating internal systems as required by the different departments
  • Preparing letters, forms and visa's
  • Booking flights, accommodation, transport and other travel requirements
  • Arranging meetings, including set up of Webinars, organising lunches and drinks and typing up of meeting notes
  • Organising couriers
  • Invoicing and payment queries

Key Skills

  • Experience in office and administrative management
  • Language speaker desirable (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Passion for Health care
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A can-do proactive attitude and ability to be a team player
  • Strong organisational skills
