We have a fantastic opportunity for a switched on Admin Executive to join our market leading client based in Kensington. The successful candidate will be providing sales & account support and survey planning support; must be proactive with a friendly and positive team attitude!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with legal and accounts team to draft contracts.
  • Liaising with clients to get paperwork signed.
  • Generating salesforms.
  • Maintaining sales trackers.
  • Account Management support.
  • Running billing meetings with accounts team.
  • Assisting with survey set-up.
  • Checking survey scripts.

Key Skills Required:

  • The ideal candidate, as well as being a degree educated will be highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • High level of numeracy.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage and support client organisations at all levels.
  • Self-disciplined, results driven and energetic.
  • A strong attention to detail.
