We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Farnborough, they are looking for a part time Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to a number of functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases as required;
  • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
  • Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Booking rooms, conference facilities and refreshments;
  • Covering Reception / switchboard for comfort breaks;
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal

  • Good customer focus, for both internal and external customers
  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Proactive

This role is 15 hours per week.
