Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next step? A large client of mine based in High Wycombe are looking for an Administrator to support a Senior PA, this is an exciting role perfect for someone with a couple of years experience looking for their next challenge. We are looking for a friendly and confident character with great attention to detail, it's important that you are a team player and great with data entry.

Your role as Office Support Administrator will include;

  • General secretarial duties.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Organising meetings and conference calls.
  • Reconciliation of invoices.
  • Producing purchase orders.
  • Provide departmental cover for reception and customer services.
  • Distribution of post and arranging couriers.
  • Assisting in the preparation for events.
  • Stock control for kitchen and stationery supplies.
  • Managing tidiness of the office and meeting rooms.
  • Organising refreshments lunches for meetings.
