An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced and busy team within a global company. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced senior administrator who has great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities;

  • Assist with correspondence.
  • General administration.
  • Assisting in preparation of presentation materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
  • Raising Purchase Order requisitions
  • Dealing with distribution logistics.

Key Requirements;

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Confident decision making
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion is essential, as this role may involve working with confidential and sensitive information.
