My client is looking for an Administrator who will who will support the organisation with administration tasks with a strong attention to detail.

Location: Egham

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Key duties:

  • Dealing with the administration of goods which are ordered, handled, stores and transported
  • Handling data and ensuring it is filed correctly within a timely manner and ensuring all orders and requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintaining communication with external parties
  • Processing orders within set timeframe
  • Administration of stock level movements and adjustments
  • Processing invoices and answering enquiries
  • Completing data maintenance for products in goods database

Key requirements:


  • Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative skills
