A fantastic new opportunity working for a well known brand at their Head Office in Hayes. My client are expanding their administration team and looking for a can-do person to join their fun team!

My Client is a successful FMCG organisation who are one of the leading brands within their market. They have a great office environment with outstanding employee retention!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Supply Demand Planner
  • As hoc duties on request
  • Place & Adjust stock orders with suppliers on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all product information in the system is up to date including weights, dimensions and pricing.
  • Send report to key customers advising them of any stocked items which are on extended lead times.
  • Report on small accessorises, linen & protectors for Ecommerce manager to update website dates.

Experience Required

  • 1 to 2 year's experience working within inventory/supply and demand or analytical work
  • Computer literate.
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamics AX 2012 would be an advantage
