My client, a leader in their industry, is recruiting for an Office Administrator to support with all administration duties for Managers and site personnel. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills and experience, strong attention to detail and great communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support with all administration duties for Managers and site personnel.
  • Build relationships and liaise with Managers and site personnel.
  • Ensure all work activities are conducted in an efficient and timely fashion and meet the expectations of the line manager
  • Provide professional customer service at all times.
  • To support with ad hoc projects as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience office administration roles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to build relationships quickly with new teams.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
