**7MONTH CONTRACT**

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a big organisation based in Marlow. This role to provide administration from start to finish, and you will also be representing the brand. This role will also have aspects of customer service. Please apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the weekly project plan and send to relevant stakeholders
  • Build and manage all projects in line with customer requirements
  • Generate all reports including where requested any additional (manual edits) items and distribute as appropriate
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders on the status of projects
  • Proactively identify client needs and ensure that these are met with the objective of delighting our customers

Requirements:

  • The ability to own a project and see it through from start to finish without needing to be micro-managed
  • Able to build rapport easily
  • The ability to engage with, excite and influence clients
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management
