Our client is looking for a multi-tasking Administrative Assistant.

  • To provide administrative support to the PA.
  • Signing visitors / H&S logging
  • To ensure cars are parked correctly
  • To handle all incoming calls and direct them to the correct person / department
  • Assist the PA with general admin support across the business
  • To ensure the kitchen is kept tidy throughout each day
  • Meeting rooms set ups
  • Hosting all visitors
  • Ensure the office post, courier, arrival of parcels are distributed daily
  • Booking courier
  • Taxi bookings
  • Assist with meeting and greeting visitors, staff and foreign dignitary's
  • Manage the front desk / Reception area
