Assets Administrator / Bid support / Advanced Excel - Redhill - £25,000

We are recruiting for a facilities management company with a head office near Redhill. They provide facilities management for big commercial properties primarily in London.

This is a role to Support the Business Development Director produce bids and tenders to win new business. This will need Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Someone who is used to working and developing spreadsheets on a daily basis.

The role will develop so that you will go on site visits for smaller contracts and estimate and put the bids together yourself. You will need intermediate to advanced Excel, be numerical and technically minded.

This is a great career opportunity for someone with good IT skills and some facilities, engineering or technical knowledge.
