My client who are a well established Multi-National business are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Supply Chain Administrator to join their organisation based in Surrey. If you are a bilingual recent graduate or have working experience/ knowledge within Supply Chain or Logistics then please read on...

All candidates must be able to communicate at a business level in English and German/ Italian/ French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to work closely with other members of different departments and the Associate Managers to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders
  • Order Management - Processing of orders working to strict agreed procedures
  • Manage truck overflows according to country specific procedures
  • Order management and problem solving
  • Creation of accurate monthly metrics
  • Create & distribute country/function specific reports as required
  • Accurate set up of material determination in SAP to facilitate accurate processing of customer orders
  • Accurate set up of customer master records to ensure accurate delivery and billing processes
  • Maintain changes to strict agreed procedures
  • Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardisation of processes & procedures across multiple countries

Requirements for the position:

  • Fluent in English and German or Italian or French - Verbally and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple countries at the same time
  • Flexibility/adaptability/respecting deadlines
  • A sense of urgency
  • Strong numeracy skill
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong Excel skills/ VBA
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Service orientated and be results focused
  • Data entry accuracy and work efficiently
  • Knowledge in SAP is desirable
