Business Analyst EMEA - Egham - £45,000 +5% Bonus

I am currently recruiting for a global technology company based in Egham in Surrey, for a EMEA Business Analyst on a Permanent basis.

Position overview

The Business Analyst EMEA will be part of the EMEA Distribution and Consumables Team and will be focused on analysis of the Consumables business across EMEA. He/she will also be responsible for developing and implementing trackers for their Distribution partners including Targets, Rebates, Stock levels & Stock Profiling. He/she will also promote the usage of genuine Consumables to Partners to ensure long term profitability.

This BA will also be responsible for PM (Project Management) task. Do develop and improve our BI their CRM systems, with future needs from the Sales Business perspective. This BA will collaborate together with the IT Team, to implement the needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sales Out Analysis & trends (Revenue) to ascertain leakage points & implement Route Causal Analysis in conjunction with OPCOs

- Initiate test buys if required

- Analysis of part numbers linked to consumables revenue including trends

- Manage Target Setting & Tracking

- Manage Target v Performance trackers & communicate to OPCOs (Both Internal & External)

- Manage Quarterly Rebate Tracker including authorisation process

- Manage & Track stock levels for all Distributors including stock profiling

- Managing Distribution Contracts and ensure signed copies are received timely

- Send, Receive & Review Channel PSI files from OPCOs

- Send, Receive & Review LTO files from OPCOs & update APO/BW

- Send, Receive & Review MPS files from OPCOs & update APO/BW

- Send, Receive & Review OEM files from OPCOs & update APO/BW

- Analyse & receive feedback on LTOs/OEMs not shipping as per forecast

- Discuss & agree current LTO & MPS forecast with ODC

- Create file to enable fulfilment to give stock/pipeline visibility to EMEA of PICS

- Review forecast & pipeline/purchasing on PSI for OEM Products

- Update cross border matrix to communicate to OPCOs

- BI and CRM development: identify and define improvements; prepare requests for IT; act as our contact to IT.

Qualifications and Skills

- Educated to degree level or adequate experience

- Minimum of 5 years Business Analyst or related experience (ideally within a Distributor or Vendor)

- Excellent understanding of numbers

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Must speak English fluently - other languages would be beneficial but not essential

- Self-Starter & be able to use their own initiative

- Excellent listening skills

- Excellent communicator

- Ability to develop relationships on all levels

- Able to function well in a matrix management environment

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise

- Able to function well in a cross cultural pan European environment

- Ability to function well as part of a team

- Project Management Experience

- SAP experience
