Our Clients based in Ascot, Surrey require an experienced Customer Services Agent to join their friendly team for a minimum period of 6 months. This is a great opportunity to showcase you Customer Service Experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling difficult calls/emails
* Maintaining data on operating systems
* Processing customer returns
* Processing inbound orders via phone/email/online
* Processing inbound queries via phone/email
* Processing inbound/outbound finance order/application
* Processing warranty orders
* Processing inbound technical queries via phone/email
* Processing repair payments and invoices
* Processing warranty orders
* Scheduling loan appliance deliveries/collections

  • Other ad-hock support & assistance with business requirements


REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Language: English fluent
* Work experience: Previous work experience is necessary
* Ability to prioritize deliverables and plan accordingly
* Ability to work in a demanding environment
* Team player
* Works with accuracy and pays attention to detail
* Preferable fluent in Polish, Portuguese, Italian or other language skills
* Preferable one year customer service, order entry or technical service experience
* Preferable IT skills: SAP or equivalent, Microsoft Office.
