A fantastic opportunity to work for our client in the entertainment industry ideally you will have a retail background, stores and stock exposure with a passion for Photography and Reproduction equipment


- Managing cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies. Assist Accounts Department with any administration as required matching invoices/purchase orders and confirming.

- Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment, concentrating on the appearance and image of the operations.

- Manage all internal departmental stores requirements and inform Accounts of the value on a monthly basis. Processes in place and working effectively.
- Manage all telephone and internet requests on a prompt and timely basis. Good response times and customer satisfaction.

- To carry out any ad hoc duties from time to time identified by management.
- As part of your role you will be required to interact with all departments and keep them informed as and when necessary.
- Flexibility with working hours may be required from time to time. Positive feedback from Line Manager.


- Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent. Experience
- Some retail experience is essential.
- Working knowledge of stock control management is essential.
- Understanding of client/production expectations is essential.
- Knowledge of industry products is advantageous.
- Ability to carry out manual handling activities is an essential part of this role.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to establish excellent working relationships with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Highly motivated with good negotiation and organisation skills.
- Must be numerate / commercially astute with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team interacting with different departments and using own initiative.
