**Claims Handler wanted urgently! Paying up to £25,000!**

Our fast growing, fantastic client is looking to add a Claims Handler to their team!

My client is looking for an experienced claims handler to work in their Home and Motor claims team. The client is looking for a candidate with excellent customer services skill, with a view to progress to managing commercial claims!

My client will provide you with excellent training and give you the skills needed to succeed and progress.

Duties include:

  • To respond quickly and effectively to claims reported by client and insurers
  • Manage claims process smoothly to ensure the appropriate outcome for all parties
  • To develop a positive relationship with the client and show them where they can obtain better value on other insurances they hold
  • To ensure relationships with insurers are enhanced through your professional service
  • To take responsibility for your personal development in terms of understanding the policies, procedures, the legal and regulatory framework and to share this knowledge with your colleagues

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience with Home and or Motor claims
  • A very keen eye for detail
  • Eager and willing to learn
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A great confident telephone manner
  • Cert CII desirable but not essential
