Client Services Executive - Bracknell - £21,000 +35% bonus

We are currently recruiting for an established global Financial services organisation based in Bracknell for a Client Services Executive on a Permanent basis.

Description

The Client Services team are at the heart of the business and the first point of contact for most of the clients. International Payments Consultants are responsible for the on-boarding of consumer clients and ensuring that new clients receive a great customer experience from initial enquiry through registration of their account and completion of their first trade.

The IPC role is responsible for completing fact-find and qualification for consumer enquiries to identify the most appropriate products and services for each customer.

Duties & responsibilities

Inbound Sales:

* Perform fact-find and qualification for new client enquiries to identify their requirements;

* Identify during the client fact-find and qualification process, private clients requiring more complex services and refer these clients to the Account Management team;

* Explain the features, advantages and benefits of using our products and services

* Ensure that prospective clients understand the process to sign up with us

* Resolve client registration issues and FAQs;

* As a brand ambassador, maintain a professional and courteous approach to handling enquiries and interacting with clients at all times to put the customer at the centre of everything that we do;

* Record and maintain accurate and up to date data for each client contact/activity on the CRM

Outbound Sales:

* Complete outbound phone campaigns to drive conversions of private client registrations;

* Identify 'bottlenecks' in the conversion funnel and take relevant action to improve conversions;

* Maintain 'speed of contact' targets to new clients in order to ensure conversions are maximised.

First Trade Execution:

* Support new private clients from initial enquiry to their first trade;

* Execute first trade online or offline with clients (over the telephone), where required and appropriate to do so;

Post first-trade, ensure that new clients understand the process for making payments online and functionality of 24/7 online account management

Essentials and desirables

Essential

* Experience within a revenue (sales) generating role of selling/promoting digital products or financial services

* Previous experience of determining client requirements for products/services;

* Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (phone, face-to-face and written);

* Will be comfortable working within a fast paced, target driven environment;

* Self-motivated with a natural flair for sales and engaging with customers to identify needs;

* Will possess strong attention to detail (data capture/entry on CRM) and high numeracy skills;

* Must be a team player;

Desirable

* Previous experience of financial services products and services;

* Exposure to payments/foreign exchange products and services (e.g. an understanding of payment methods such as SWIFT, SEPA etc.);

* Foreign language skills would be desirable but not essential.
