Key Requirements

  • Commercial Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in using CRM Systems
  • PC literate (MS Office packages)
  • Self Starter with initiative
  • Ability to build relationships with Clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all client data is up to date on the CRM (Saleforce) System
  • To fully support the field sales team (Administration and follow ups with clients)
  • Working with the marketing team with campaigns
  • To Provide a 1st class customer service to all clients
  • To be an expert on products and services the company offer
