My client, a leader within their field, is currently recruiting for a Client Success Executive to support with the migration and training from one software platform to another. You will be contacting current clients to support with their onboarding and account set up, ensuring they have a great experience

Key Duties

  • Aid the ultimate success of clients, including client onboarding training, success, and retention
  • Proactively accomplish each client's business needs
  • Understand client business goals and key performance indicators
  • Conduct ongoing client meetings to communicate best practices, successes and business results
  • Keep organised, detailed notes of accounts in order to communicate status updates and feedback to management teams
  • Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions

This role will be supporting the French client based therefore fluent in French would be an advantage however this isn't essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within a Customer Service/Account Manager based role. You will be delivering system based training via web-ex to current and new clients to ensure they are knowledgeable on the system and answer any questions or queries that may arise.

This role is initially for a period of 3 months with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so please only apply if you are available immediately
