I am currently working with a well respected automotive company in the Bracknell area, which is approaching a particularly busy period. Due to internal movement our client is looking for additional support in the form of a Collections Executive to join them on a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with strong Collection and Recoveries experience, ideally gained in a Head office environment, who is used to a high volume of work.

The role encompasses the following duties:

  • Offering solutions to customers who may not be able to handle future payments.
  • Dealing with third party representatives in the asset recovery process.
  • Providing account information to customer care agents and updating customer agreements.
  • Utilising excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external customers, over the phone and email.
  • Assisting senior members of staff in the production and maintenance of work policies and procedures.
  • Referring agreements for Pre-Litigation Action.

The ideal Collections Executive will be a confident communicator who is able to demonstrate the ability to work effective as part of a team. The successful candidate must be able to show example of working to deadlines and proactive thought.
