I am currently recruiting for a leading company in their sector, a Commercial Contracts Co-ordinator role based in High Wycombe. As a Commercial Contracts Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all service contract renewal quotations are issued to customers within 60 days of expiry. This role is perfect for an individual who is looking for a new exciting position.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Renewal Quotations
  • Contract Order Processing
  • Responsible for loading of service contract orders into the ERP system
  • Creation of new accounts where appropriate
  • Telephone Cover
  • Telephone calls should be handled in line with the telephone protocol
  • General Divisional Support
  • Full understanding of the quality procedures
  • Reasonable flexibility in working hours when essential to cover urgent situations or unexpected workload is provided.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths required.
  • Experience of having worked in a Customer Service, Sales/Commercial Support, Call Centre, Administration or similar role.
  • Excellent administration skills,
  • Quick learner and good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
