Our client is looking for a shift based Manager to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and retailers, through effective performance management, coaching and development in their contact centre.

Paying up to £33K for the perfect candidate. Shift based, including some weeks and evenings up to 8PM.

Typically 1 in 3 weekends.

The calls will be consumer and retailer queries.

Players may call up with questions around games, maybe they have a ticket or scratchcard and have won some money. Retailers may call up with a questions around stock, an issue with their terminal in-store etc. Typically managing a team of 7 - 15 people.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven people management experience
  • Experience of leading a team within a Customer Service environment
  • Ability to use MS office applications
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions (SAP/ONYX)
  • Preferably, knowledge and understanding of systems and procedures
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting data to manage
