Our client, a well established company based near Slough is currently looking for a Full Time Credit Controller 8:30 - 5:00 to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have proven Credit Control experience.

Key duties include:

  • Chasing payments for all companies within the group
  • Weekly reporting and meeting with Finance Director
  • Running weekly sales invoice run and entering the sales invoices onto KIE and KWC Sage
  • Resolving client queries and entering the credit notes onto both Sage systems
  • Ensuring that supplier records sage are maintained
  • Phone answering, dealing with queries effectively, efficiently and promptly
  • Answering emails where applicable to you, effectively, efficiently and promptly
  • Daily billing of free dom duties, misc charges to our clients whilst liaising with them
  • Team work within the department is essential, particularly during our busiest times and during staff sickness/holiday

Person attributes:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of Sage is advantageous
  • Experience of credit control is essential
