We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for our market leading client based in Kensington Village. They are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager that is highly motivated, hands-on and professional to manage and report on the sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate orders for retail and subscription channels for UK and International markets.
  • Update PnLs with retail and subscription sales forecasts.
  • Oversee our distribution and fulfilment partners' services and help define targets and action plans to achieve it.
  • Analyse how to increase margins by planning more efficient circulation strategies.
  • Drive customer-centric change.
  • Be the leader of our new customer experience roadmap, improving customer journey.
  • Create the Voice of the Customer for complaints, bringing complaint reasons and root-causes to life to enable the delivery of an improved customer experience.

Key Skills Required:

  • Around 2-3 years, or more, in a Customer Experience role
  • Experience of analysing sales
  • Hold a degree/higher level qualification
  • An understanding of PnL, marketing and CRM
  • Fluent in French or German desirable
