Our client is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on professional to manage and report on the sales and customer experience

Daily the role will communicate with international marketing teams, distribution Partners, Production teams and IT, in order to report the business results and improve their customer experience across channels with the aims of increase the profit of the company and develop new automated systems of data analysis.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Around 2-3 years, or more, in a Customer Experience role
  • Experience of analysing sales
  • Experience of a subscription business beneficial
  • Hold a degree/higher level qualification
  • An understanding of PnL, marketing and CRM
  • Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical aptitude and capability of discussing and proactively acting on analytical & insight findings;
