Customer Experience Manager

Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Manager with a Life Science Background, ideally 5 years of Air Exports technical Warehouse Management Systems exposure, excellent customer facing skills and an understanding of Profit and Loss accounts.

Key Responsibilities in this role will include;

  • Communicate courteously with internal and external customers.
  • Manage ILS Air Operations & Customer Service Team
  • Team development - Conduct regular one to ones, identify areas for improvement and create personal development plans.
  • Investigate and solve customer problems, which may be complex or long-standing.
  • Review customer services procedures and consider/implement improvements.
  • Ensure all contract instructions are followed through.
  • Ensure individual administration tasks/reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all daily reports and performance reports are generated and delivered on time as agreed.
  • Escalation for customers. Ensure all areas are owned and processes followed through to assist the On Time Performance.
  • Create and build a professional working environment.
  • Continuously challenge wasted or un-necessary tasks to improve efficiency within department.
  • Ensure all departmental communication is professional in its interpretation.
  • Support customer projects as and when required and support implementation for new business
