Our client a market leader in their sector are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager to join their fun and friendly team based in Hayes. The successful candidate will be conducting regular one to ones, identifying areas for improvement and create personal development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate courteously with internal and external customers.
  • Manage ILS Air Operations & Customer Service Team.
  • Investigate and solve customer problems, which may be complex or long-standing.
  • Review customer services procedures and consider/implement improvements.
  • Ensure all contract instructions are followed through.
  • Ensure individual administration tasks/reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all daily reports and performance reports are generated and delivered on time as agreed.
  • Escalation for customers.

Key Skills Required:

  • Ideally come from a Life Science Background
  • Air Exports experience
  • EWMS - Warehouse Management System
  • Good Customer Facing Skills
  • P&L understanding
