Fantastic Opportunity!! My Globally recognised company based in Kensington Village are looking to a Customer Experience Manager to join a fun and dynamic team. They are looking for someone highly motivated, professional and outgoing to manage and report on the sales and customer experience


  • Generate orders for retail and subscription channels for UK and International markets managed from London
  • Analyse how to increase margins by planning more efficient circulation strategies
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, charts and graphs for business meetings.
  • Drive customer-centric change.
  • Propose global strategies to improve our customer experience in all markets, define targets and action plans to achieve it
  • Create the Voice of the Customer for complaints, bringing complaint reasons and root-causes to life to enable the delivery of an improved customer experience.
  • Report on and improve our customer service across channels
  • Receive and evaluate customer feedback with local teams
  • Work with the marketing team on the acquisition/retention of new clients by setting new KPIs and following it.
  • Set (and coach) best practice guides


  • Around 2-3 years, or more, in a Customer Experience role
  • Experience of analysing sales
  • Experience of a subscription business beneficial
  • Hold a degree/higher level qualification
  • An understanding of PnL, marketing and CRM
  • Ability to project manage/prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Any other language appreciated
