My client, a leader within their field, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team on a Part Time basis. This is a temporary role until the end of the year however there is the potential for this to be extended further.

You will be working closely with the Customer Service Manager, responding to customer queries and complaints mainly via email however you will also be required to take incoming calls from customers. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to respond and resolve customer service enquiries.

This role will be on a part time basis, predominantly working 12pm to 5pm however the ideal candidate will have flexibility to work full time hours on the specific days that the Customer Service Manager is out of the office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within customer service or customer complaints. You must also have good administrative skills as you will be required to log the customer service enquiries on the CRM system
