34285 - Customer Service Administrator (12 month contract)

My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator (12 month contract) who will provide exceptional customer service whilst dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.

Location: Sunbury

Salary: Up to £25,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

12 month contract (possibility of going permanent)

Key duties:

  • Reviewing key account telephone calls
  • Managing schedules with the key accounts
  • Uploading work sheets
  • Preparation of invoices for the key accounts
  • Completing the renewals for contracts, as well as the invoicing of the contracts
  • Cleaning up the data
  • Completing ad hoc administration tasks

Key requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous knowledge and experience within Customer Service and Administration
  • Exceptional communication skills to ensure the best service is delivered
  • Organised
  • Web-portal experience
  • Knowledge of excel
