My client based in Harrow are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to work in their busy team until February 2018. This could be extended.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a central point of contact for purchase orders and forecasts
  • Enter purchase orders and forecasts
  • Maintain regular communication with supply chain
  • Work closely with supply chain to ensure delivery dates are adhered to
  • Establish relationships with customer to compliment commercial activities
  • Where required arrange telephone conferences
  • Follow credit claim procedure
  • Work closely with logistics team
  • Open new accounts for customers
  • Answer calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Placing orders

Key requirements:

  • Advanced user of Excel (Pivot Tables and V-Look ups)
  • Ability to transform data into information
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to build relationships quickly across multiple countries
