Are you looking for your next position to be a challenging Customer Service role, that encourages excellent attention to detail and organisation?

Would you be comfortable utilising Microsoft Excel on a regular basis to create spreadsheets and input data?

My client based in Woking, Surrey are currently recruiting for a methodical Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

Please Note: This is a full-time urgent contract opportunity, my client requires candidates available immediately or on short notice to commence ASAP

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling calls/emails
  • Processing customer returns
  • Processing inbound orders via phone/email/online
  • Processing inbound queries via phone/email dealing with customer/adviser issues
  • Handling overflow of technical/ repair enquiries
  • Daily reporting


  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in SAP or other CRM systems
  • Order processing experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Experience in working within a small team
  • Have the ability to work within a fairly quiet office
