I am currently recruiting for a Full time Customer Service Administrator on behalf of my client in Winnersh, Berkshire who are looking for talented individuals to provide outstanding Customer Service within their Technical Installations team.

What you will need!

- Experience in working with Customers, the Technical team and other stakeholders as necessary, to help ensure smooth installation appointments
- Assist with technical issues
- Processing purchase requisitions on SAP
- Proactively working to resolve any queries
- Responding to the Tech Support inbox
- Communicate with customers, technical team, suppliers and other departments
- Other duties as assigned

Desirable:


- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive nature and good use of initiative, with an aptitude for problem solving
- Interest in technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Someone who can thrive under pressure and deadlines
- Previous experience within an Administration role desirable
