An exciting opportunity has arisen with a client of mine based in High Wycombe. My client are a successful technology organisation who have gone through recent expansion and have an opening for a Customer Service Administrator to join their new team. Job Description

  • Ownership of change management cycle (for chargeable change requests) through to billing and resolution
  • Assist in scoping and quoting for chargeable change requests and ensuring right resource in place
  • Manage orders/requests through to resolution via a wide range of suppliers, products and services, ensuring booked and billed correctly
  • Provide continuous and relevant customer communication at each stage of a request lifecycle
  • Be responsible for accurate processing of credit checks and contracts
  • Build relationships across the business and with suppliers
  • Effectively communicate customer requirements to suppliers and rest of business where required

Experience Required

  • Customer focused roles, with a proven knowledge of customer service excellence
  • Experience in the Telecoms industry an advantage
  • Experience of working in a Provisioning/Sales Administration or Service Desk environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages
