Customer Service Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a position at a telecoms company, partnered with big brands like Apple and Windows. They have also worked with names such as and so needless to say they are successful in what they do and have a great team with a friendly working environment. Plus they offer a 10% annual bonus!

We are looking for someone committed to making the customer content and someone that will use their initiative to problem solve and think outside the box.

What does the job involve?

  • Solving queries generated by customers
  • Update and maintain customer CRM tickets
  • Follow network and internal processes, as well as any customer bespoke requirements
  • Be fully conversant on network with a current knowledge of network product
  • Can take ownership, manage and complete requests
  • Support team members
