My client, a well known global leader in their industry, are recruiting for someone who is available for an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team. The purpose of this position will be to provide first class responses to consumer calls and emails in a fun and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolution of consumer queries and complaints

- Sales of Spare Parts

- Handling of vouchers to resolve consumer complaints

Key Requirements:

- Fantastic customer service skills with the ability to work independently.

- 2-3 years experience in similar roles.

- Ability to resolve majority of complaints without escalation - Trustworthy

- Happy to handle cash & take payment & pre-requisite to keep company and consumer information confidential - MS Office proficiency

- Experience of customer database (preferably AS400)

- Experience of working in a call centre environment with call queuing system

- must be available to start a role on Monday 8th April
