Customer Service Advisor - Ascot - £22,000.

I am currently recruiting for an established international organisation based in Ascot, Berkshire for a Customer Service Advisor. If you are able to speak Polish this may be an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop and grow within a large company and build upon their customer service skills.

Full training will be given.

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing an effective and efficient customer experience, aiming to resolve customer's enquiries at first point of contact. Services provided by the team include but are not limited to: repairs, finance applications, complaints and order processing. These services are provided by various methods including telephone, email and social media (via the Marketing Team).

Main Accountabilities

  • Handling calls/emails
  • Processing customer returns
  • Processing inbound orders via phone/email/online
  • Processing inbound queries via phone/email
  • Processing inbound/outbound finance orders/applications
  • Processing inbound calls/emails as UK reception
  • Processing warranty orders
  • Dealing with customer/adviser issues
  • Handling overflow of technical/ repair enquiries


Know-How, Technical Skills and Experience

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent minimum
  • Fluent English
  • Some previous experience in Customer Services required
  • Works with accuracy and pays attention to detail
  • IT skills: SAP or equivalent, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
