My well established client based in Walton-upon-Thames are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team for a period of 12 months on a fixed term contract. You must be extremely customer focused with the initiative to prioritise workloads whilst having the ability to problem solve ensuring first line resolution is resolved.

Job Description:

  • Receive and process repairs requests and housing requests from customer via email, telephone, web chat, letter and face to face
  • Liaise with contractors, external agencies and internal partners, to enable a full first response to our customers
  • Complete accurate and timely data records on all required systems
  • Identify vulnerability or other extenuating circumstances in customers, update system and circulate to appropriate areas
  • Be flexible in your support of the business and take part in a set work rotation across the opening hours of the service in line with customer demand
  • Ensure the department policies, procedures and sector legislation is adhered to at all times
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to all customers, including managing complaints
  • To promote recognition of diversity in all aspects of service delivery
  • To ensure that the service delivers value for money
  • Provide accurate information to customers, within agreed performance and quality frameworks


  • Good communication skills with a can-do attitude

  • Intermediate IT skills
