A fantastic opportunity to work for our well known client based in prestigious Stockley Park !!


  • Follow up on customer questions & enquiries generated by our clients website, letters, emails, Social Media including Facebook, Twitter & telephone calls.
  • Ensuring customer queries are turned around within set timescales, showing empathy towards customer needs.
  • To assess customer delivery times, enter approved spare parts orders on to the system and monitor the process through to conclusion.
  • To carry out varies ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • To escalate potential problems and continual service issues to line manager.

Skills required:

  • Time Management
  • Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Decision making
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • PC literate - Word, Excel
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Ability to show empathy towards customer needs
  • To be able to work under pressure during busy periods
  • Good at working as part of a team
