Our client based in Hayes is looking for a Customer service professional from a business to business environment to be a part of a fun and social team.

  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience is essential and must have worked in an office environment
  • The individual must be able to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Maths and English to GCSE level C standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Must be an effective communicator and be able to influence others
  • Able to work under tight timescales and be results driven
  • Experience Knowledge of SAP would be preferred but not essential
  • Basic presentation skills.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
