Our Client, a global leader in their industry, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity in an Operational Customer Service position reporting to the Operations Supervisor. The purpose of this role will be to provide exemplary customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class customer service at all times.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Update the telephone return spreadsheet for multiple sites for finance invoicing.
  • Update and maintain the Mitel/ Super Directory.
  • Act as first point of contact for any Facility Services/ Operational issues and requests.
  • Log all maintenance jobs & defects.
  • To provide operational support & cover in the Operations Office, Mailroom and Hub
  • Reporting of damage to facilities, fixtures and fittings.
  • Reporting security issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Customer service driven.
  • Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Strong team player and orientation towards teamwork.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and confidence skills.
  • The ability to trouble-shoot problems and think laterally.
  • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with Company executives.
  • Positive, can do attitude to work.
  • Strong systems skills including MS Office
  • Willing to travel to multiple local sites if needed.
