We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join this exciting market leading client based in Watford. The role is on a contractual basis for 12 months and the successful candidate will be supporting customers and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the following transactions are done to the highest standard with precision and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes. Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling and crediting.
  • Being hands on with controlling customer calls and enquiries.
  • Guarantee >90% case and call logging to a high quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusion.
  • Work harmoniously with Sales, Finance and other applicable internal stakeholders.
  • Be compliant, follow all procedures and policies, complete training on time.

Key Skills:

  • Good MS Office skills and understanding of operating SAP. Exact and fast data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
  • Outstanding organisation skills and ownership culture.
  • Knowledge of general administration processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
